The green triangle

Monsoon spouted the Buddha tree seeds

along with the custard apple in my backyard

merging shades of the canopy green as seen

pendula leaf flutter even in the gentle zephyr

star like blossom never conspicuous in the hue

little did I see the caterpillar munching it up

in camouflage with the orange ring it munched

a guard of noise the host of this green spotted

planted or sprouted its tall as the ship mast

lanceolate longifolia curved shaded the grass

the green triangle swallowtail jay visits around

cycle of concatenations that foster the ecosystem

iridescent wings flutter again around the lantana

triangular tree and the jay, geometry in naturalis.
