The Bold Crow

Along with the army green sphinx caterpillar

I found the black and white traverse banded

with a streak of yellowish orange with spiracles

coiled around the oleander blossom in pink

framed set as the bluish sky as back drop

I clicked the first shot, sighting found on nerium

later among the leaf the chrysalis hung as gold

metamorphosed I loved the piece of fine art

from the crows and tigers this brownish black

set float, bold as it flied gliding slow unafraid

beguilingly simple tact by raven clytia and eggfly

Aposematism in action the intrepid common crow.
