My second body of works delves into the evolution of numerals across different civilizations and epochs, exploring the stories that led to the development and use of numeral systems in the daily lives of early civilizations and mankind. This series references nine civilizations: Mayan, Inca, Greek, Roman, Indian, Chinese, Egyptian, Mesopotamian, and Persian.
Along with numerals, I incorporate fundamental mathematical concepts such as the Fibonacci sequence, the concept of infinity, the value of zero, the Pythagorean theorem, various types of triangles and their applications, conics, and cymatics. Additionally, I explore the Indian system of numerals based on "Katapayati" and "Bhotiya Sankhya," and create paintings inspired by slokas that explain mathematical problems and solutions.
